Pearl Boyd, Head Clerk
The church clerk’s department is dedicated to ensure that the church’s records are maintained and that the church’s business is documented appropriately. The clerk’s duties are to work closely with the pastor, church officers and church members.
The core duties for this department are to report to the local conference and meticulously serve on the governing board of the church. It is the goal of this department to report details of Board and Business meetings and to maintain church membership records, church directory, the church bulletin and to administer to the clerical needs of church.
The mission of this ministry is to fulfill our administrative duties to the best of our ability, and to have the Holy Spirit lead us in all that we do. Our goal is to carry out the duties of the church professionally as God gives us the strength. Our objective is to always have a Christ-like attitude in serving the officers and Church body.
