Lentil Soup

Lentil Soup

 

  • 1 lb. bag of brown lentils, picked, washed, and placed on stove (requires so little time to cook)
  • 1/2 c sliced carrots
  • 1/2 c sliced celery
  • 1 c diced potato
  • 1 c diced onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon or lime juice to taste
